OPINION Appellant, Lane Hardwicke, brings this interlocutory appeal from the denial of his request for a temporary injunction in a declaratory and injunctive action he brought against the City of Lubbock. Hardwicke sought declarations invalidating the statutes and ordinances under which the City was acting and to enjoin the City from pursuing condemnation proceedings against property owned by him. We will affirm the trial court's order.
